Job Description:

Product Managers are responsible for developing, launching, iterating and optimizing our mobile games for untethered success. Right off the bat you’ll be put in charge of a successful mobile game(s) and given the chance to make a huge impact. You’ll be developing strategies, driving the creation and implementation of new features, maximizing a game’s engagement & monetization, working with your teammates on new and exciting ideas, and using your expert quantitative skills to guide your decisions. As the owner of a game, you’re going to be responsible for every step of the process, and you firmly believe in putting-out the best product on the market.

What you’ll do:

Build and iterate on games working with game designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle from conception to development to launch, and most importantly, post launch.
Define the product vision and determine the optimal way to position products in the market taking into account competition and leveraging our company's competitive advantage.
Cross-functionally lead product teams and motivate them to produce great products that are successful in the market place.
Establish a culture of testing and iteration using metrics, and A/B testing and multivariate testing to determine feature priorities and changes needed.
Drive monetization - iterate game features and test monetization strategies to maximize conversion and revenue
Continually stay focused on competition and innovation in the space; and think strategically about how we can have an edge over competition

Required Experience:

2+ years of relevant software product/project management experience
Competence with typical product manager software tools and documents (budget, P&L, MRD, functional specification, etc.)
Outstanding organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and operational responsibilities simultaneously
Outstanding analytic skill sets
Strong customer orientation
Knowledgeable in internet and software technology
Bachelor’s degree

Desired Experience:

Mobile or Social Freemium game experience. E-commerce experience also a plus.
Experience in the video game industry, especially online/casual games
Experience with products targeted at the females age 30+ segment
Experience with reporting tools, data analytics, and metrics testing.
MBA degree
