About the job
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager / Assistant Producer to work at our studios in Brighton.
Being a relatively small studio, we require an applicant who will be able to carry out both general office management duties and support the Producers in day to day running of projects.
Daily tasks in office management will include (but not limited to) stationary orders, filing, organizing internal and external meetings, tracking invoices and payments, managing petty cash, organizing press contacts and press releases.
In the assistant producer aspect, candidates will need to show experience of supporting project managers or producers in a digital media environment. Daily tasks would include client communication, delivering assets/builds, collating project documentation, keeping track of resource time spent on projects, testing builds and bug reporting.
